Our valued customers can exchange or return their purchases within 14 days from the date of receiving the order within the following terms and conditions:

• The goods to be exchanged or returned must be in good condition, displayable with their cover and tags, and attached to the original purchase receipt.
• The goods to be exchanged or returned do not conform to the standard specifications or have defects or defects that are not apparent at the time of purchase.
  
• Perfumes must be returned unopened without any prejudice to the packaging.
  
• Oud oil, incense and their derivatives cannot be returned or exchanged.
  
• The buyer bears the costs of return, shipping, delivery and any other costs incurred in returning the product to the company. In the event of a return, the value of the merchandise will be returned in the same manner it was bought.
